Quality is essential to us and we are uncompromising when we choose our products. We hope you will love everything you buy from us, as much as we loved creating it for you. However, should you find any item unsuitable, you can return it to us within 60 days of receipt. We will be happy to exchange it for an alternative item or refund the purchase price.
Please note, all returned items must be sent back unused, in their original packaging and within 60 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on our return policy and potential exceptions, please refer to our “return & exchange” section in Terms & Conditions.
To return an item, complete the returns slip on the dispatch note sent with your order and safely re-pack the items. You can choose one of the following options to send it back to us from £2.99:
Arranged at your own convenience
Courier collection by Evri are available 6 days a week. You can select a date, get an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and leave your package in a safe place (porch, garage, neighbour…) for collection.
There are two ways to organise a collection:
1. We will arrange it for you
If you need assistance, our customer service will arrange the return for you for £3.99. Just call us on 0330 1231293, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 7pm.
2. Book it directly online
• Visit Evri.com and simply search for Afibel in the retailers list, then enter your order number* and email address
• Select “Courier collection” and follow the steps. The cost of returns is £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount. There is nothing to pay on the Evri website.
• Print the Evri Return label and attach it to your package.
If you are unable to print at home, print your label at an Evri ParcelShop: Find a print-in-store location.
*You can find your order number at the top of your delivery note under your customer details.
The package won’t be collected unless they have the label attached.
You can track your Evri return by making a note of the 16 digits barcode on the returns label and visiting Evri.com. Please note that returns can take up to 14 days from the date of posting or collection to show on your statement or bank account.

Evri ParcelShops are available at various locations including independent retailers and local convenient stores: Find your nearest ParcelShop.
You can either :
1. Arrange your return directly at the ParcelShop without booking online first
• Go to any ParcelShop with a Print in ParcelShop device. Find a print-in-store location
• The cost of returns is £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount. There is nothing to pay at the ParcelShop.
2. Book your return online first and drop it at the ParcelShop
• Visit Evri.com and simply search for Afibel in the retailers list, then enter your order number* and email address
• Select “Courier collection” and follow the steps. The cost of returns is £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount. There is nothing to pay on the Evri website.
• Print the Evri Return label and attach it to your package
If you are unable to print at home, print your label at an Evri ParcelShop: Find a print-in-store location

Evri lockers are available at various locations including supermarkets, service stations & commuter routes. Find your nearest locker.
Please note that lockers fit package of maximum dimensions 66cm x 41cm x 38cm.
Book your return online first:

• Select “Locker drop off” and follow the steps. The cost of returns is £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount. There is nothing to pay on the Evri website.
• Print the Evri Return label and attach it to your package

If you’d prefer to return the parcel through the Post Office
Find the nearest Post Office Branch location here.
To return an item at the Post Office:
• Complete the returns slip on the dispatch note sent with your order
• Safely re-pack the items
• Address the returns parcel to:
Afibel Returns DepartmentStation Road, Steeton Keighley, BD20 6RA
Please obtain a certificate of posting in case of any query. Returning an item at the Post Office is at your own cost.
